Standard King Rooms: Maximum occupancy is 2 adults. No children or pets.
Standard Queen Rooms: Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
Two Room Suites: Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. Rates are for 2 adults, a $10.00 charge is incurred for each additional adult. Children 12 and under stay free.
Standard Two Doubles: Maximum occupancy is 4 adults. Rates are for 2 adults, a $10.00 charge is incurred for each additional adult. Children 12 and under stay free.
Rollaways / Cots are $10.00 per night. We do not have cribs available, but do allow them to be brought into the rooms.
We will do our best to hold specific room numbers or room locations, although we cannot guarantee as unforeseen circumstances may occur.
We do allow dogs and cats in certain room types (Please see room descriptions for details). Our pet policy is maximum two pets under 50lbs with a $10 per night fee per pet. Bringing pets in our rooms without our consent is against our policy and will incur a penalty fee of $200.00.
We do have smoking rooms available, so please request a smoking room if you are a smoker. Smoking in a non-smoking room is not allowed and will incur a penalty fee of $200.00.
When booking, we require a deposit of the 1st night to guarantee the reservation, which will be charged to the credit card given to us at the time of booking. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Balance is due upon arrival, payable again by credit card listed above, as well as cash and travelers checks. No personal checks are accepted.
7% Maine Sales Tax not included. (8% beginning October 1)
You are able to cancel the reservation 7 days prior to arrival unless otherwise stated, which will incur a $15 cancellation-processing fee. There are no refunds for early departures; extending stays are based upon availability.
